Shipping policy

DELIVERY

 

  1. Any dates quoted for delivery are approximate only; the Company will endeavor to deliver the goods as arranged with the Customer but this cannot be guaranteed. We will contact you when the item is available to book a convenient delivery date. The Customer shall not be entitled to cancel the order or to claim damages if the delivery is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control. The company is unable to schedule deliveries for a specific time of day.

 

  1. Alterations to the order by the Customer may result in delay in delivery.

 

  1. The Company will endeavor to comply with reasonable requests by the Customer for postponement of delivery but shall be under no obligation to do so and may charge the Customer with reasonable charges for storage.

 

 1.It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure there is clear and sufficient access to the property to take receipt of the goods.

 

  1. If special arrangements for moving or removing furniture is required, the company must be notified beforehand and will be subject to a special charge.
